THE MUSIC OF “The Wakening”

This tale comes from a very dark and twisted place. That being said, I knew I wanted this one to be quite…disturbing, musically. I leaned heavily on the piano as it can have such an eery quality. You know that saying “sometimes less is more?” I have found that to be true with composing music. It is sometimes in the quiet that the message is the loudest. This is probably my most bare composition yet for that reason. I hope you enjoy this unsettling soundtrack.
